NEW REGISTRATION FLOW
Message Blocks has streamlined single registration, making the process quicker for your attendees to register for your event! Group Registration has been available now for a little while, and we have used the process & flow from that feature, and combined it with single registration!
The flow is now one page where information only shows up when needed for the attendee to fill out. Below shows what the new flow looks like, as it helps guide the attendee without overwhelming them with too much information.
Auto-saving registration!
The registration auto-saves after the person is done typing, helping speed up the validation process for their registration! Now the attendee doesn’t have to keep clicking the register button prompting failure, rather, the form will tell the attendee of their error in real-time!
Ability to go back to finish registration.
With this auto-save feature, if someone fills out their email and other information but does not complete the registration, they will get an email around 15 minutes later requesting if they want to continue registration. This will lead to your event having more registrations; as people who did not have the time to complete registration earlier may return to finish at a later time. The form will also pre-populate with all of their information from when they previously filled it out.
